The Sanitary Cartridge Valve is a 316 stainless steel check valve for use in new or existing sanitary systems. The SCV design seals on the ID of sanitary ferrules with replaceable food grade seals.

Flange Insert Valves can be installed in any flanged connection in the system, horizontally or vertically with no alterations to existing pipe necessary. Simply spread a flanged joint, insert the valve and tighten the bolts.

View All Products	The Union Insert Valve is designed to be inserted into most standard 45º ground joint unions. It provides the simplest and most economical way to install a check into a system.
	The Universal low (to 3,000 psig) and high (to 10,000 psig) pressure check valves have a single piece body construction machined from bar stock. These economical valves are designed for maximum flow and minimum pressure drop.

Universal Valves

These rugged valves are one piece bodies machined from bar stock. They all carry the maintenance-free, highly dependable, quality engineered trim that Check-All Valve Mfg has become known for. The Universal Low Pressure (U3) is light weight and designed for minimum pressure drop. The Universal High Pressure (U1) has female pipe threads (also available with ISO 7 “Rp” threads) and is designed for high pressure applications. The Universal Socket Weld (US) has socket weld ends machined to ANSI B16.11 dimensions. Check-All valve assembles all check valves per order; therefore you have the option of various body materials, seat materials and spring cracking pressures.
